Corporate Profile

During the late 70's and early 80's, an active shipping industry had created a shortage in manning and crewing. With the idea of filling the vacuum in the manning and crewing of the shipping industry, RIZAL International Shipping Services (RIZAL) was conceived and founded by Rizalina Lamson with the help of other members in the industry, thus started its operation in 1981 engaging into manning and crewing services. 

RIZAL has been successful in its operation, gaining the confidence of its Owners and Principals representing 80 vessels in supplying the crews fostering continuous growth and expanding its services to various shipping industry requirements.

To date, RIZAL International Shipping Services (RIZAL) is engaged mainly in the manning and crewing of Filipino Seamen including other marine and shipping services for the last 20 years. We are consistently deploying these seafarers to all parts of the globe requiring Filipino Seamen. To ensure the urgent needs of our Principals are served promptly as well as for the convenience of our Principals, we are operating on a 24-hours basis, considering the time differences between countries. This is to enable us to meet any urgent demand for our services in connection with crewing and deploying of seamen. RIZAL has complete manpower pooling for different job categories supported with documents usually required by our Principals - from Chief Officers down to Messmen and Hotel and Restaurant Management and Staff. Our objective is to respond immediately to the requirements of our Principals and offering them the most competitive and reasonable service rates.
