Prior to initiating search, our consultants take time to understand our client's corporate culture, the specific and unique requirements including the budgetary parameters of each particular search assignments. Then, utilizing an established network of active and selected candidates through a computerized database, our staff will conduct a comprehensive candidate search on a timely basis.

IT Recruitment Process
Sameer recruitment process is completely automated with the flexibility to integrate with the client systems to expedite the staffing process.
Initial Identification
Regular advertisements, internet resources and networks are some of our primary sources in sourcing and maintaining our manpower data bank.
Screening/Testing
Upon receipt of manpower requirements from our client, our sourcing department browses through the data bank for available candidates according to the experience required by our clientl and compares the job profile of the candidates. Those who responded from the Ads were initially screened to equate the acquired technical skills versus the client's technical requirements.
After verification of the authenticity of supporting documents, our IT officers further evaluate the CV's of the candidates and short-list for preliminary interview, practical, technical and on-line test before the CV's will be sent to our client.
Our client will conduct a communication and technical skills interview via telephone. Consequently, there will be skills-matching to be done based on their requirements. Based on the initial interview and approval of our client, pertinent documents will be compiled. A final interview with the candidate will be conducted including the discussion on compensation package and other benefits. Should the offer be acceptable, the candidate signs the contract of employment including its terms and conditions.

It is crucial for the group to understand the differing hotel requirements to optimize our best available services. Therefore, continuous research and improvement of our services to produce the best and qualified hotel personnel is our primary focus.
We understand that the hotel team members work everyday to service the needs of their clientele to ultimately attain their main objective. It is on this premise that Sameer is currently sourcing the best and qualified and experienced hotel personnel to complement these specific needs.
DESIGNATIONS/POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR DEPLOYMENT
Sameer has various hotel professionals available for deployment, all with comprehensive experience and background in the hospitality and food service industries.
I. Top Level Management
General Manager/Managing Director/General Director - responsible for overall management of the hotel, directly or indirectly, coordinates the hotel's operational and sales effort.
II. The Executive Committee
Director of Marketing - oversees the hotel's sales and marketing operations, directing the group sales strategy in tandem with efforts to maximize transient revenue. Implements long-range goals, mentors staff in career planning, directs all advertising and determines the hotel's yearly budget and marketing plan.
Director of Food and Beverage - runs each department that sells, buys or makes food and beverage products for guests, the catering, restaurant/outlet and kitchen staffing report to him or her.
Controller - in charge of the hotel's financial reporting and cash-flow management, monitors cost and cash expenditure decisions. The controller typically has input in the operational decisions of most hotel departments.
Resident Manager/Room Division Manager - available at all hours, should be in charge of the hotel when the general manager is unavailable.
Director of Human Resources - in charge of all hotel personnel. The responsibilities include recruiting employment candidates and complying with all governmental regulations when hiring and terminating employees. Payroll and benefits are coordinated through this office.
Director of Engineering - involved in the physical aspects of the hotel's operation. The conditions of the interior and exterior of the hotel fall under his or her purview. Controlling the costs, general maintenance, improvement planning and renovations are also part of his responsibilities.
III. Department Heads
Director of Group Sales (DOGS) - responsible for the group room sales effort, supervises and assists in the decision making of the senior and junior salespeople. Also, the DOGS are responsible for key/focus group accounts that have important and/or long-term impact on the hotel.
Director of Transient Sales/Director of Reservations - responsible for the transient sales effort of the hotel. He also attempts to maximize the potential revenue of the transient market. In coordination with the members of the executive committee, he is most responsible for the proper implementation of yield management.
Executive Chef - responsible for the hotel's overall food production. He also controls food costs while ensuring food quality. He also monitors the food production of the hotel's restaurants, lounges, catering/banquet functions, and in-house cafeteria.
Director of Catering - responsible for the catering side of the sales effort. Able to direct all local and group catering efforts on hotel property. Manages the catering sales staff and operational catering staff.
Director of Restaurants - responsible for the staffing, quality and cost control of all food and beverage outlets in a hotel.
Front Office Manager - responsible for a large portion of the most visible aspects of a hotel's operation. Directs the day to day activities of the front desk, the bell stand and the concierge staff.
Director of Services - responsible for the hotel's housekeeping, laundry and recreational services.
Director of Loss Prevention - his priority is the staffing and security of all hotel's guests and employees.
Assistant Director of Human Resources - work closely with all other department heads to maintain employee satisfaction and to ensure that proper employment procedures are followed.
Chief Engineer - coordinates the day to day maintenance of the hotel's physical structure.
